Aside from various moving-imge projects undertaken during education, I have also submitted news packages - independently written and shot - for Big Centre TV. Each has been included for broadcast in their evening news programme.
Author Christopher Vine, doing a piece to camera during the annual Warley Model Railway Exhibition at the Birmingham NEC. This was an example of taking the initiative and covering events and happenings of potential interest and use to Big Centre, who included the resultant package for broadcast.
Aside from assignments given by Big Centre, keeping watch for other items of potential local interest was of huge importance.
